Projects

Web portals, websites, digital storytelling, online publishing, multimedia, consulting reports, and family-friendly digital projects of all kind. If you can think of it, Sharon will find a way to make it happen.

Sharon Coleman specializes in the creation and direction of content and content teams for digital media. She is experienced with corporate web start-ups, working cross-functionally, and delivering content in multiple formats across multiple platforms, including mission critical. Always on the leading edge, she was the first to use multimedia at Philly.com, formerly Philadelphia Online, and the first to independently produce an enterprise piece expressly for the regional web portal. Editor & Publisher magazine listed Philadelphia Online among the "10 Most Heavily Visited Newspaper Web Sites" in the United States while Sharon was author and steward of the home page, news and special interest sections.

Later, as a member of the managerial start-up team for the free business news and information portal for a nationally known media conglomerate, Sharon launched the Industry Oracle program in which industry leaders and top analysts provided commentary and answered user questions about industry trends, news developments and other factors affecting business.

South Jersey Magazine cited Sharon as one of "22 People to Watch" when she subsequently started her own business as a custom content provider.

She wrote, directed and produced a beta software-inspired, multimedia documentary that was accepted for admission to the invitation-only Hollywood Creative Forum EAST in New York in 2014 and 2015. She currently is on hiatus to care for her parents and seeks to relaunch in early 2022 into a full-time position in which she can employ her publishing expertise, eye for innovation, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
